Right to Refuse Service

I am dedicated to creating a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all of my guests. I have a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that disrupts this atmosphere or makes others feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unwelcome. Thank you for helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment!

Scheduling Appointments

The best way to book an appointment is online. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

Running Late

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or canceled due to insufficient time to provide the full service. Cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellations

I understand that life happens, but I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge:

  • 50% fee: If you cancel within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

  • 100% fee: If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment.

Your card on file will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Service Adjustments

Due to the time and materials invested in your custom service refunds are not available for services rendered. However, I will gladly make any necessary adjustments. Please contact me within 72 hours of your service to discuss an adjustment. Adjustments requested after this period will not be accommodated.
